In a surprise statement, New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer partially condemned the effects of Sarbanes-Oxley rules, according to a story by Reuters.


Speaking to a meeting of the Association of American Publishers, Spitzer claimed that the laws had unintended consequences on small buinesses.
