NORWELL, Mass. -- EOS USA, a leading provider of customer care and accounts receivables solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Maurine Merten as Vice President of Business Development with a focus on the utilities and communications markets. Maurine brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to this position which will play a key role in the company’s continued success.
Maurine will be responsible for growing EOS USA’s revenue through sales efforts that will include the addition of new clients and expansion of current client partnerships.
Maurine comes to EOS USA with a proven track record in results-driven business development. Her more than 28 years of industry experience has equipped her with an extensive knowledge of and long-standing relationships within the utilities and communications market segments.
Prior to joining EOS USA, Maurine served as the Director of Business Development with West Asset Management/Alorica, where she designed solutions for clients’ contact center and recoveries outsourcing needs. Prior to that, she worked at I.C. System where her primary responsibilities included servicing and acquiring new business in the utilities and communications markets. Maurine has also held positions at Deluxe Corporation and Fair, Isaac and Company. Maurine attended Winona State University and Carlson School of Management. She actively supports organizations such as TRMA, International Utilities Group (IUG), American Gas Association (AGA) and Edison Electric Institute (EEI).
