LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Collective Solution, LLC (CS), a leading BPO provider with expertise in Multi-Channel Customer Service and 1st & 3rd Party Collections, announced today that Thomas (Tom) Nusspickel has joined the company as of September 1st as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations.

Prior to joining Collective Solution, Tom was the SVP of Operations at an industry-leading collection agency with both domestic and nearshore call centers providing 1st & 3rd Party Collections and Servicing for Auto, Student Lending, Consumer Loans, Retail Credit Card, Mortgage and Bankcard accounts. Tom was also directly involved with business development initiatives, resulting in major client acquisitions.

Additionally, Mr. Nusspickel has held several senior roles throughout his 25+ year career in the financial services industry, including positions at leading banking institutions Beneficial National Bank USA, Household Finance, and HSBC. He also served as SVP of Recovery for Caliber Home Loans (formerly Vericrest Financial) and SVP/Chief Marketing Officer at SIMM Associates.
