PSI Call Center may be a small player in a big field, but that didn’t stop Larry Evans from challenging the industry’s big players.


Evans, president and owner of West Bloomfield Township-based PSI, will have invested about $500,000 into expansion by the end of this year. The expansion includes new technology and adding about 50 jobs.

PSI has bought telephone switching, interactive voice-response systems, methods of tracking and responding to “abandoned” calls, and support in 27 languages, Evans said. He expects to increase to 120 employees, he said.
